High/Middle School Swimming |

The Junior
High/Middle School swim team season is for students in grades six
through eight and runs from mid-November through early February.
Though the coaching staff and pool time is provided by CAST, these
teams compete for their respective schools in the Capital Area
Middle/Junior High conference.

in October and runs thru February each year
